  • What if I can't make my appointment?
If you don't come to your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice a $50 cancellation fee applies. This policy ensures we can give your appointment time to another patient in need.
  • What does your practice do to limit your impact on the environment?
At Berry Dental Studio we do not place silver amalgam fillings. This is to minimise the release of mercury into the environment. Our dental chairs are from Finland and incorporate amalgam filters to reduce the release of Mercury into the environment. This means when an old filling is replaced, the amalgam does not end up down the drain. We use the highest quality materials and equipment that lasts as long as possible. We limit the use of single-use plastics. We have achieved this by swapping out disposable items for versions that can be sterilised and reused.
  • Do you have after hours appointments?
We offer evening and early morning appointments to accommodate our patients with busy schedules. Call our studio for availability or book online at the button above.
  • Do you participate in the Medicare dental scheme for children?
We provide visits to the dentist that are relaxing and fun for kids. The CDBS is a scheme run by Medicare that provides eligible children up to $1,000 over 2 calendar years. We do not currently bulk bill under CDBS. If you would like to claim under CDBS, please keep your receipts to claim manually. Please see the FAQs above for our fee information. For help claiming back your rebate, please see the Medicare website below. www.servicesaustralia.gov.au/individuals/services/medicare/child-dental-benefits-schedule/how-claim
  • Do you offer payment plans?
For patients who would like to spread out the cost of treatment, we offer payment plans through our partnership with DentiCare Payment Plans. This allows our patients to pay off their treatment over time in affordable, interest free payments. DentiCare Payment Plans can be used for a wide range of general dentistry and orthodontic treatments. From teeth whitening, dental implants, crowns and veneers, to orthodontic treatment including invisalign and braces.
